1. Coverage Summary
This Limited Manufacturer Warranty ("Warranty") applies only to the original end-user purchaser (“Customer”) of the ebox SuperCell and ebox Mobile products and covers any defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service conditions.
2. Warranty Period

The standard warranty is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, as evidenced by a valid receipt or invoice.

The Customer may purchase an extended warranty (up to 2 additional years) subject to the terms at www.rebooz.my/ebox/extended-warranty.
3. Warranty Entitlements
If a defect is found to be due to manufacturing fault within the warranty period, REBOOZ will, at its sole discretion:

Repair the defective product, or
-
Replace it with a product of equivalent value, functionality, and performance.
4. Exclusions – Warranty is VOID if:
This warranty does not cover and shall become void under any of the following circumstances:
a. Improper Use or Misuse, including:
-
Use for high-current cycling applications or deep-discharge cycles (applicable to ebox SuperCell)
-
Use outside the specified voltage/current limits
b. Physical or Electrical Damage, including:
-
Impact, crushing, water exposure, or fire
-
Modifications, tampering, or unauthorised repairs
c. Storage & Installation Failures, including:
-
Improper installation or wiring
-
Exposure to extreme temperatures or corrosive environments
d. Neglect or Abuse, including:
-
Short circuiting, overcharging, or deep discharge due to user fault
e. Missing or Defaced Serial Number or purchase from unauthorised resellers.
5. Claim Procedure
To file a warranty claim, the Customer must:

Return the product to the original place of purchase or an authorised REBOOZ service centre.

Provide:
-
Original receipt or invoice
-
Clear details of the issue
-
Proof the product was used in compliance with REBOOZ specifications
-

Allow a standard diagnostic test to confirm warranty eligibility.
REBOOZ reserves the right to inspect the product and determine the eligibility of the claim. Decisions are final.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

REBOOZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, downtime, or business interruption.

This warranty only covers the battery unit. It does not cover related systems, accessories, or losses arising from improper integration.

Warranty remedies are limited to those stated herein.
7. Legal Rights
This Warranty is provided in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act 1999 (CPA) of Malaysia.
Consumers have the right to:

A repair or replacement for products not of acceptable quality or that fail due to no fault of the customer

A refund or compensation if the defect is major or cannot be remedied within a reasonable time
This Warranty does not limit any statutory rights granted under Malaysian law.
8. Extended Warranty Option
Customers may opt for extended warranty coverage by purchasing it upon selecting the option before checkout or through official REBOOZ channels.
